Oceanfront Villa in Punta Mita

A private 8-suite beachfront villa set within the gated Paradise Coves community in Punta de Mita, surrounded by lush jungle with direct access to a secluded beach and ocean views throughout.

The villa sleeps large groups across eight en-suite bedrooms: a master oceanfront suite with a king bed and direct ocean views, four additional oceanfront suites each with a king bed, a jungle-facing suite with two queen beds, and two garden-view rooms each with two double beds. A fully functional elevator serves all floors and is wheelchair accessible.

Outside, two heated infinity pools overlook the ocean, with a poolside bar and grill and dedicated beachside bar service. The team sets up the beach daily for guests, and direct beach access means fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming are all right outside the door.

A dedicated staff of 6 to 12 — including a professional chef — handles everything from daily housekeeping and turndown service to custom menus, grocery pre-stocking, and in-house bar service. A mixologist, babysitting, airport transfers, and an on-site vehicle are all available at additional cost. The villa also has an indoor gym (currently under maintenance), high-speed Wi-Fi, a full sound system, and streaming on every TV.

The concierge arranges experiences on and off the property, including beach dinners, tequila tastings, a sea-to-table lobster program with local fishermen, whale watching, Islas Marietas tours, yacht charters, and turtle releases (October through December). Litibú Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away.
