Designer Villa in Punta Mita

A 15,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom oceanfront villa on the point of La Punta Estates in Punta Mita, with elevated panoramic views across the entire Bahía de Banderas — whales and dolphins pass directly in front.

The staff here is the experience. A full-time team covers everything: house manager, assistant house manager, head chef, sous chef, cooks, kitchen stewards, head butler, butlers, a dedicated mixologist, full-service concierge, housekeepers, and a laundress. Meals are prepared fresh daily. The mixologist runs from pool time through dinner. The concierge handles everything else so guests never have to think about logistics.

The main living and dining areas flow under an open-air palapa with direct bay views. The outdoor dining table overlooks the water — candles, sunsets, kitchen team behind every course. Beyond that, an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a private pub, a game room, and a cinema mean there's rarely a reason to leave.

The interiors were designed by Joaquin Homs — modern and raw, with European design elements, neutral tones, and massive sliding glass walls that open everything to the outdoors.

Eight en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 18 across 13 bathrooms. Two main-level master suites are steps from the pool — king beds, handcrafted soaking tubs, private outdoor showers enclosed by palms. Three upper-level ocean suites have king beds, wrap-around windows, and soaking tubs facing the water. Three garden suites each have their own private terrace.
