The home’s elegant entry courtyard, complete with fountain, natural stone walls and tiled roof evoke the romantic Spanish Colonial style, while custom details add interest throughout. Front doors laced with wrought-iron patterns open to a great room with a vaulted ceiling, sitting and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and sliding glass walls that open the space to the terrace. The Old World–inspired furnishings lend a sense of refinement, while hand-crafted cabinets are a perfect fit in the kitchen.

Each of the six well-appointed bedrooms at Casa La Vida has an en-suite bathroom, making the villa a wonderful alternative to a hotel for groups of up to twelve on holiday together. There are four bedrooms with king beds, one of which has a jetted tub, one bedroom with two queen beds, which also has a jetted tub, and one bedroom with a queen bed.

The villa’s location in La Punta Estates is steps from a rocky beach and a short drive from the sandy stretches of the private beaches at the Four Seasons resort. A 5-minute golf-cart ride will bring you to top-ranked golf courses, and shopping and dining at the resort’s boutiques and restaurants are just over 1 mile away.
