Designer Villa in Punta Mita

A nearly 10,000-square-foot oceanfront villa sitting on the point of the Bahía de Banderas peninsula within the exclusive La Punta Estates gated community in Punta Mita. The position is hard to beat — views stretch across the bay to Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta, with the Sierra Madre Mountains as a backdrop.

The villa has six en-suite bedrooms for up to 12 guests. Five bedrooms have king beds (one with a lounge area, walk-in closet, indoor and outdoor shower, and bathtub; three with terraces and ocean views; one with a daybed and jetted tub), one bedroom has two queen beds with a terrace and ocean views, and one has a king with garden views. Several rooms have jetted tubs and direct terrace access.

The interiors follow a Spanish Colonial style — entry courtyard with a fountain, natural stone walls, tiled roof, wrought-iron front doors, vaulted ceilings in the great room, and hand-crafted cabinetry in the kitchen. Sliding glass walls open the great room directly onto the terrace.

Outside, an infinity pool overlooks the ocean alongside a hot tub, lounging and dining areas, a barbecue, and a firepit. The villa is steps from a rocky beach, with the Four Seasons' private sandy beaches a short drive away.

Guests have access to resort amenities at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis Punta Mita, including the Kupuri Beach Club, Sufi Ocean Club and Restaurant, Pacífico and Bahía golf courses (a 5-minute golf cart ride), paddleboarding and surfing waters, tennis courts (additional fee), and a fitness facility (additional fee). Shops and restaurants at the resort are just over a mile away.

Kitchen staff is included. Food and beverage is at additional cost. 24-hour dual gated security is provided at the community entrance.
