Villa in Punta Mita

An 18,000-square-foot, nine-bedroom estate on the Bay of Banderas in Punta Mita, designed by two of Mexico's most celebrated architects, Juan Collignon Hoff and Manolo Mestre.

The design is rooted in Mexican craft — Huanacaxtle wood throughout, vibrant handwoven textiles, and oversized sliding glass doors that dissolve the line between interior and exterior.

At this level, the staff is the experience. The full-time team includes a house manager, head chef, sous chef, head butler, butlers, a dedicated mixologist, full-service concierge, housekeepers, and a laundress.

Meals are prepared fresh daily — the kind of food that rivals a serious restaurant, sourced with care and executed with precision. The mixologist keeps the bar running from pool time through dinner. The concierge handles everything else.

The main living and dining areas sit under an open-air palapa with direct views over the bay. The 18-seat outdoor dining table is positioned for sunset every evening — candles lit, views unobstructed.

The floor plan moves naturally from interior sala to terraces to courtyard to pool, keeping the whole property connected without sacrificing privacy.

The villa sleeps up to 20 across seven bedroom suites and two separate casita bedrooms, with 12 bathrooms throughout.

The master suite is on the main level steps from the infinity pool — king bed, handcrafted soaking tub, private outdoor shower enclosed by palms. Upper-level guest master suites have king beds, wrap-around windows, and soaking tubs facing the ocean.

Four additional guest suites — two double-queen on the main level, two king upstairs — have vaulted ceilings, handcrafted tubs, and private garden-view terraces. The double-queen suites include a full-sized daybed, making them a natural fit for families.

The two casita bedrooms sit apart from the main house entirely, ideal for guests wanting their own space or for personal staff.
