Set within one of Oaxaca’s most privileged locations, this seven-bedroom residence explores the intersection of architecture, craft, and atmosphere. Rooted in local tradition, the space is defined by artisan-made furniture, handwoven textiles, clay, and sculptural elements, creating a quiet dialogue between materiality and place.

The home unfolds across generous volumes filled with natural light, where soft tones and tactile finishes shape a calm, introspective environment. Each bedroom is designed as a private retreat, balancing comfort with a strong sense of identity tied to the region’s cultural heritage.

Above, a rooftop terrace opens toward mountain views and expansive skies, offering a contemplative setting with a wooden soaking tub, native vegetation, and open-air living areas. A secondary terrace below provides a more intimate space for slower moments throughout the day.
