* House tour*
A path through the lush foliage will lead you to the entrance of the house. Upon entering you will see the hub of the space, the kitchen and living area.
To your left you will find the master suit with walk in closet, insta-worthy bathroom and bedroom with a king sized bed. It also has a beautiful boutique hotel style bath tub. For recovery after your holiday adventures.
Back to the fully equipped kitchen! It has everything you need including, a vitamix blender and a big fridge/freezer with ice dispenser.
The living space has a super comfy couch and a huge tv screen for your very own jungle cinema night.
As you walk down towards the terrace you will pass the door to the bodega on your left. Here you can find the washing machine for eventual laundry, space to store foods and a safe cabinet where you can lock up your valuables.
Once down the stairs you will be in the terrace where there is a large dining table, lots of lounging space and direct access to that beautiful pool. The boundaries between the interior and the exterior are lost as the outdoor and indoor merge. It can be closed with sliding walls with nets and thus protect from insects.
Now in the main garden area it’s time to soak in the sun and relax with a cocktail by the pool. There’s a hammock on the bedroom patio for afternoon naps, and sun beds to tan. On the far end of the pool there is even a big grill to prepare a feast on.
Walking past the pool there is a path to the private and secluded guest house. It is built in the traditional local palapa style.
Finally there is one more space to discover and that is the roof of the main house! This is such a great space to practice morning yoga or star gazing at night. Once on the roof you will spot that there is a tower going to the top of the tree line. This is a great spot to enjoy a view of the endless Mexican forests at any time but especially at sunset and sunrise.
The house has many deferent aspects built to make lasting memories.
The property is only rented exclusively so there's absolute privacy and no shared area.
We want you to enjoy the house but have a strict policy of no parties.
We have two cute cats living on the property that help us to keep the local eco system in balance. They might come to visit but usually don't enter the house.
You can have in house massages, or choose from a variety of different treatments and ceremonies at neighboring property or book a pampering, one of its kind experience Tulum's first and only Mayan Clay Spa with its flagship here in Macario.
Although there's a good connection to Tulum via taxis or public colectivos vans we recommend you to rent a car to move around.
There’s some of the best cenotes around and Tulum town and its popular beaches are only half an hour away.
Macario Gomez and its surroundings offer many opportunities for adventure. On the streets you will find many food options and artesanal vendors with beatiful crafts where you can make great deals.
In the neighboring village of Francisco Uh May you'll find the famous AZULIK hotel with it's gallery and even gourmet restaurant.
A bit further lies Coba with its ruins and Coqui Coqui hotel where you enjoy beautiful sunset with view at the lagoon.
The Yucatan peninsula is still quite unknown and the beauty and charm worth to discover.
If you're you in exploration mood we recommend you visit Punta Laguna - a natural wonder, where you can find the spider and howler monkeys in their natural habitas guarded by mayan community or can visit picturesque colonial city of Valladolid.
We fumigate indoors on regular bases and the house is elevated from the grounds.
