The space

The house has two buildings and a garden with a pool that are in the center.

Once you enter the house you will find the living room; on the right side is the main room, it has a private bathroom, a king size bed and a work area (desk). On the left side of the living room, there is the dining room for 8 people and, in the same area, the kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher and a drinking filtered water).

Outside in the patio; there is an outdoor living room, a half bathroom, the laundry room (with a laundry center) and a pool (unheated) and a garden that surrounds it.

In the second building, which is located at the end of the house, on the ground floor there is a room with a king size bed, a private bathroom and a view of the garden and pool. On the upper floor, there is a room with two double beds and a private bathroom.

• Use the pool at your own risk.
• The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting.
• Electricity, Water, Internet are included in the rate.
• Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life.
