This is not an average house.  It was conceived as a space where light is not just present, but felt. Brutalist in structure, Japanese in spirit, it exists for one purpose: contemplation.
Every detail is intentional. The walls are full of art. The lines are full of silence.

The pool flows with natural spring water — unheated, unfiltered by chemicals, alive. The copper tub is a true onsen, fed by the same source, with no pump and no pretense. All water on the property is natural and filtered on-site.

The house is a frame for the forest. There are no curtains — the trees are your view and your privacy. It is deliberately open, deliberately quiet, and deliberately without a television. The experience asks you to be present.
Service staff and a 24/7 security guard are on site.

This is a delicate and unconventional home. It requires climbing stairs. The house uses a composting/septic system — please do not flush paper in the toilets. The entire property is non-smoking. The spring-fed pool has no heating; its temperature is nature's own.
The whole house is available to guests.
