"The property was beautiful and spacious, with a lot amenities to make the stay comfortable. The host was easily reachable and helpful. It’s great for a short-term stay of 2 or 3 days. For a longer stay, it can be tricky as the preserved antique doors easily let mosquitoes through or ants, also the fans in the rooms are a bit noisy. In the humid climate and for the price I would have also preferred bedding from breathable natural materials."

The brutalist architecture of the house is truly stunning—clean lines, bold structure, and a beautifully minimalist aesthetic that blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. It feels unique and thoughtfully designed, with every detail contributing to a sense of calm and space."

"Hi! We have had an amazing stay! The view is breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious. Due to the greenery you could barley see neighbours. Close by are some of the best restaurants which is ideal. The only disadvantage is the road to the villa, as it is very bumpy."

"Was such a romantic getaway filled with solitude. Great way to unplug. An easy drive away from Puerto Escondido, but was nice to not be so close to town so that we could have some privacy and take a breath together."

"We absolutely loved our stay in this house! The architecture was nothing short of a dream; every detail felt intentional, elegant, and beautifully connected to the surroundings. The location was perfect: peaceful, private, and immersed in nature. The view was truly phenomenal, and the constant sound of the ocean created an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. In the evenings, a refreshing breeze flowed through the bedroom, making the whole experience even more magical. Juan and Ana were wonderful, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We even had a massage at the house, which was highly recommended and added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay."

"Bohemian beach paradise. The proximity to the ocean was so peaceful and the remoteness was such a treat. We also very much appreciated the staff that checked in on us daily and you were not far from a few good hotels to walk to for dinner."

"We found our whole experience with CasitaMx and Casa Esther's team to be absolutely wonderful. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures indicated. It is in a great location, near to lots of food & bar options, as well as the incredible museums & historical spots. Our Concierge, Dany, was super helpful in advance and arranged car pick up for our group from the airport, and had sent a a list of their favorite restaurant & bar options in town. The House Team Manager Gisela & Lupita made morning breakfasts which were outstanding, and a highlight of the trip. Our excursion to Chichen Itza (also handled by Dany) was so fun, and we loved our trips to the Cenotes the driver suggested. Throughly recommend this house & ODA group. We will be back! Thanks everyone."

"Muy linda casa, muy cómoda y super calida la estadia, una experiencia única parar en casa cosmos, sin duda volveremos en algún momento! Te ofrecen servicio de compras, cocinera y también limpieza todos los días, eso esta muy bueno! Ana fue muy amable con nosotros, nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitabamos y siempre estuvo predispuesta a cualquier hora, fue muy atenta. Gracias! Como recomendación: poner alguna reposera o algo para sentarse afuera puede ayudar a estar tomando sol en la parte de la pileta mas tranquila y estaría bueno que hagan una lista de recomendaciones de la zona como donde hacer compras, etc para no tener que consultar todo el tiempo."
