It's located only five walking minutes away from the calm and majestic Mermejita beach and 15 minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.

The studio has a King size bed, a table with a couple of chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a hot water shower and a private terrace with a hammock. It has a ceiling and a floor fan, and mesh screens in every door and window with wood shutters. It also has a parking space and an independent entrance.
A few steps away, surrounded by trees and with a lovely sea view, the studio has a private freshwater plunge pool.
