Situated in the heart of Colonia Roma in Mexico City, this apartment is set inside an iconic 1944 building designed by the  modernist architect Ricardo de Robina.

This beautifully renovated apartment is a refined expression of contemporary Mexican design. Reimagined by a local architect and his curator wife, the home features unique modernist pieces, bespoke furnishings, contemporary art, and custom-made rugs and textiles crafted with artisans across Mexico.

Warm, layered, and thoughtfully curated, the space blends architectural heritage with intentional craftsmanship and comfort.
