After crossing the main door, you are received by a central atrium. The stairs in helicoidal shape guide you to this thoughtfully designed duplex. On the first floor, you'll find the living space, a dining table for three, a completely equipped kitchen, and a private terrace. On the second floor,r find the bedroom with a full private bathroom, a half bathroom for visits, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

You'll have access to the whole apartment and a parking space inside the building.

As part of the design our extremely comfortable mattress it's set on the floor.
With the windows open, you can hear some noise from an auto wash nearby. But the noise-canceling windows reduce it a minimum.
