A historic 1920 mansion divided into two buildings and two floors. Throughout the house, you'll find a Bluetooth speaker in each area and Wi-Fi repeaters throughout. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, as well as two half-bathrooms (one next to the dining room and one next to the pool).

All interior areas of the house have mini-split air conditioners - except the laundry room- and in the common areas these are automatically programmed to cool and dehumidify.

COMMON AREAS (FIRST BUILDING)
- Next to the entrance is a large double-height living room.
- Next to it, a TV room with a desk.
- A dining room for 14 people with a minibar stocked with a variety of wines and drinks that you can purchase during your stay.
- A kitchen equipped with a coffee station.

BEDROOMS (FIRST BUILDING)
- There are two bedrooms on the second floor: the master bedroom (above the dining room) and the service room (above the pantry).
- To access all the bedrooms on the ground floor, you need to exit the dining room and go through an exterior hallway (mostly covered).
- The master bedroom (1) has a king-size bed, a work desk, a private bathroom, an outdoor shower, and a private terrace with a dining area for four and a lounge chair.
- Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, a work desk, and a private bathroom and a pool view.
- Bedroom 3 has two queen-size beds and a private bathroom.
- Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed, a work desk, and a private bathroom and a pool view.

BEDROOMS (SECOND BUILDING)
- Bedroom 5 has two single beds that can be merged into a king-size bed if required, and has a private bathroom.
- Room 6 has a king-size bed and a private bathroom.

COMMON AREAS (PATIO)
- There is a heated pool (24/7), four lounge chairs, and two swings.
- There is a covered outdoor living room.
- Next to the living room is a covered outdoor dining area for 14 people.

SERVICE AREA (ACCESS BY PRIOR REQUEST ONLY)
- A pantry for storing food, preparing food and washing dishes.
- The laundry room is located on the second floor above the pantry and before the service room, it has a washer and dryer.
- The service room has two bunk beds (i.e., four single beds), a private bathroom, an independent water heater and air conditioning in the room.
