Two levels, a spiral staircase, and a rooftop that earns its place in the Mérida skyline. This is a downtown house with real architectural intention — a central courtyard threading the whole thing together, a plunge pool catching the light in the middle of it, and enough verticality to make 2 bedrooms feel like considerably more.
The front half of the house is where life organizes itself: a comfortable living area, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table that invites the kind of meals that go long. Cross into the courtyard and the mood shifts — slower, more private, the pool right there, and both bedrooms opening onto it. The ground-floor bedroom has accordion glass windows that blur the line between inside and out. The second climbs the spiral staircase to its own quieter remove. Both have king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and the kind of finishes that don't need to announce themselves.
Up top, the rooftop deck and grill. Mérida at eye level, the neighborhood spreading out around you, evenings that start up there and don't want to end.
