Designed by the award-winning team at Bloqe Arquitectura—with landscaping by Colectivo MP2 and interiors by Fernanda Tarr—these one-bedroom villas embody the essence of conscious luxury in Puerto Escondido. Each villa offers 140 m² of interior space, a private pool, an open kitchen and dining area, a spacious terrace, and an additional 100 m² private garden. Built with local materials such as pigmented concrete, palapa, and tzalam, the design integrates seamlessly with the environment to offer both comfort and privacy.

Located close to the open ocean and bordered by the peaceful Santa María Colotepec mangrove, the setting offers serenity, natural beauty, and a profound sense of disconnection.

The villas are not beachfront, but the shoreline is just a short walk away, with direct beach and beach club access.

Private villas include an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a fan, and a private pool. Wake up to the distant sound of the sea and experience the essence of slowing down, disconnecting from the outside world, and reconnecting with yourself in this unique retreat.

Daily cleaning is included. Yoga and massage sessions are available on request for an additional fee.

Dining Experience (On Request)

To ensure freshness and support local ingredients, all villa menus must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Our local cooks prepare meals to order, using regional products and traditional coastal flavors.

Meals are available on request and billed separately (ingredients not included).

Just 35 minutes from Puerto Escondido Airport and 20 minutes from Punta Zicatela, the villas offer convenient access while still feeling immersed in untouched nature. Two identical villas sit next to each other and can be rented individually or together—simply let us know.

Important to Know (Please Read Before Booking)

Because the villas are located in a protected natural environment—surrounded by mangroves and raw landscape—access can be challenging. Roads may be uneven, and we strongly recommend renting an SUV. If you prefer, private pick-up or drop-off can be arranged for an additional fee.

As a conscious, eco-forward project, we operate primarily on solar energy. Electricity, water pressure, and Starlink internet may occasionally fluctuate. Hot water in the showers can take up to 3 minutes to warm—this is normal within our sustainable system.

We provide Starlink internet, but connection may vary depending on weather and natural conditions.

On-Site Hospitality

You will enjoy full privacy during your stay. Upon arrival, Ester—our dedicated house host (Spanish-speaking)—will welcome you at an agreed time and help you settle in. We do not have a lobby or 24/7 on-site concierge, as the experience is designed to help you disconnect and fully embrace the surrounding nature.

However, you will have a dedicated remote host available at all times via phone or message (English and Spanish), ready to assist whenever needed—without interrupting your tranquility.
