Designer Home in Ventanilla

Designed by Alberto Kalach, this unique retreat blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings, where architecture, landscape, and ocean exist in quiet harmony. Immersed in lush vegetation and open views, the atmosphere feels calm, grounding, and deeply connected to the environment.

The home offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, thoughtfully distributed to create both privacy and flow. Living spaces include a kitchenette, dining area, and a relaxed lounge that opens onto a private terrace. A pool completes the experience, while an additional bar and playroom — with a ping-pong table, reading area, and outdoor cinema setup — adds a more playful, communal layer to the stay.

Designed with sustainability at its core, the architecture relies on natural ventilation. Vaulted ceilings and sliding wooden doors allow air to circulate freely, maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature without the need for air conditioning. Ceiling fans are available throughout, enhancing the natural cooling system.

A larger shared area features a 30-meter pool, open living and dining spaces, bar, fully equipped kitchen, and Starlink WiFi — all designed to move effortlessly between indoors and out.

Daily service is included, with a team preparing breakfast, snacks, and meals. Prior to arrival, guests receive a menu to plan their stay, with groceries sourced in advance and managed transparently.

This is a place to slow down — for early swims, long meals, yoga, or simply taking in the rhythm of the ocean from sunrise to sunset.

Note
Due to its architectural design, the home maintains naturally warm water (28–30°C) and cool interior temperatures (24–26°C), without the use of air conditioning or conventional hot water systems.
