Casa Sábila has four rooms and one suite. It also features a study that can be converted into an additional room. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, and with the study enabled as a bedroom, two more guests can be accommodated. A maximum of 14 people is accepted with an additional cost.

The villa suite includes a king bed and a terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The four bedrooms have two queen beds each, with three of them offering views of the sea and the fourth overlooking a beautiful botanical garden. All rooms and the studio come with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and fans. The studio is equipped with sound equipment, internet, cable and Apple TV, board games, and books for reading.

The house has:

-Suite 1 has 1 king bed, terrace with sea views, own bathroom.

-Suite 2 has 2 queen beds and its own bathroom.

-Suite 3 has 2 queen beds and its own bathroom.

-Suite 4 has 2 queen beds and its own bathroom.

-Suite 5 has 2 queen beds and its own bathroom.

All suites have a fan and air conditioning! Price per night is available upon request and varies throughout the year based on seasonality and holidays.

The price includes round-trip transportation to and from the airport. The house staff consists of cooks who prepare three meals and snacks throughout the day (based on the house menu), security, guest service, cleaning, and a driver for food and drink purchases (two trips for a stay of 3-4 nights).

House rules:

• Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 2:00 PM.
• Food service is at 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM. Exceptions are allowed with agreement from the house staff.
• The price per night does not include the cost of meals and drinks.
• Additional trips (beyond the two included in the price) for the purchase of food and drinks will be covered by the guests.

Out of respect for the property and the environment, the following is not allowed:

• Organizing parties or installing sound speakers. The sound policy for the Colotepec Bar area must be respected (sound off or at a very low volume after 11:00 PM).
• Inviting external guests beyond the agreed-upon number in the rental.
• Lighting bonfires in common areas and gardens. Beach bonfires can be arranged through the manager if time allows.
• Smoking in the bedrooms or study.

Casa Sábila is situated on a privileged and exclusive beach in the Barra de Colotepec 1st section, just 10 minutes from the center of Puerto Escondido and 20 minutes from the airport. The location is renowned for its stunning sunsets, ample space for exercise, and, during the season, the opportunity to witness the release of turtles. The beach stretches approximately 5 km, covering the ecological zone from Punta Zicatela to the Colotepec River.
