The home comfortably accommodates groups of eight, while two additional children can sleep on the sofa bed in the fourth bedroom, allowing a maximum of ten guests.
- The villa is located in the gated community of Tankah Bay, 10 minutes north of Tulum. We've purposely put the map in the Tulum Hotel Zone in order for the home to come up in the searches to give guests visibility on the better quality & price point they could have by being a short drive outside of the main area. Our community has 24-7 security and our beaches are completely private.
