Designed by renowned artist Bosco Sodi, it’s the kind of place for those craving a real disconnect. Here, your mornings begin with the sound of waves, long barefoot walks along an empty shore, and afternoons spent spotting marine life from the terrace. At night, it’s just you, the stars, and the silence of the ocean. It’s a simple space, where nature sets the rhythm and less is truly more.
Our home is part of a small, thoughtful development just 40 minutes from Puerto Escondido and 30 minutes from the airport. Mariana 1 is the sister property to Mariana 2 and 3, all designed by Bosco Sodi with a shared philosophy of low-impact living and deep respect for the surrounding environment.
Here, it’s not unusual to spot whales, manta rays, dolphins, and wild birds from your terrace. Nature is part of the experience, and we like to keep it that way.
The house sits just steps from the sand and features generous indoor-outdoor common spaces, perfect for slow breakfasts, sunny days under the beachfront palapa, or long afternoons in the pool with nothing on the agenda.
