Set in the Mayan jungle, the villa blends traditional charm with modern sophistication. Handpicked minimalist design elements, including wooden beams, stone pillars, and chukum finishes, create a seamless connection between nature and architecture.

Three buildings form a U-shaped design, offering privacy, open spaces, and a natural flow that embraces the surrounding greenery. The villa embodies the spirit of Tulum—luxury through thoughtful design, organic materials, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The Hacienda is located between Tulum town and the beach, about a 10-minute drive to the coast. Access is via dirt roads, adding to its secluded and tranquil setting inside of the jungle. 

All nine private suites feature independent access, a plunge pool, air conditioning, an in-room safe, a private outdoor terrace, and a private bathroom. The property is rented exclusively to one group, ensuring a fully private experience.

Guests have access to all listed amenities, including an open fireplace for evening gatherings and a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity for music around the pool and common areas.

Private parking is available on-site, and we can assist with transportation arrangements, including shuttle services and car rentals.

A traditional Mexican temazcal can be arranged with 48 hours' notice for a setup fee of $100. This wellness experience is open to all guests. For those seeking a full spiritual ceremony, we can coordinate with experienced shamans.

Guests can enjoy private yoga and fitness classes, as well as guided wellness sessions upon request.

A private chef, formerly sous chef for Bobby Flay, is available for curated dining experiences. Grocery shopping services can also be arranged, both highly recommended due to the villa’s secluded location.
