Casa Nuez is a fully solar-powered villa offering 360-degree panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. Nestled on the hillside above La Punta, it provides a tranquil retreat while remaining just a 7–12 minute drive from restaurants, beaches, surfing, and local attractions.

Guests can wake to birdsong and sweeping ocean vistas, relax in hammocks with a cocktail, watch sunsets from beneath the palapa, or enjoy poolside loungers under the sun. With reliable Starlink internet, Casa Nuez also provides an ideal setting for remote work.

The villa features two fully equipped kitchens—one on the ground floor and one beneath the palapa—as well as two living and dining rooms, a pool, an outdoor shower, and spacious bedrooms with king beds, luxury cotton linens, and feather pillows. Every detail is designed to create a magical and restorative atmosphere.

The open spaces are appointed with handcrafted wood furniture and ambient lighting, while natural breezes cool the palapa and bring relief from warm, humid days. Bedrooms are bright and comfortable, with screened windows and fans allowing guests to rest in fresh air. Air conditioning is available but operates on solar power, and therefore cannot run overnight. The villa’s thoughtful design and insulation ensure comfortable sleeping conditions through natural ventilation.
