Casa Dzalbay is a private house with a heated pool and daily housekeeping, located within the most elegant design project in Tulum. In addition to its striking architecture, the home features a refined selection of finishes, custom-made furnishings, and technical upgrades such as a heated pool and drinkable tap water—making it one of the most luxurious properties in the Caribbean. The house is one of five in total and can be rented individually or as part of the full complex.

Casa Dzalbay offers a high-end hotel-style experience with daily cleaning and 24/7 security. It is part of a private complex of five homes.

The living room includes two large entry doors, two sofas, and a seamless connection to the kitchen and the exterior lounge area. A statement staircase anchors the room with architectural impact.

The kitchen seats six and is equipped with:
– Large refrigerator
– Oven and stove
– Ample plates, bowls, and cookware
– Nespresso machine and French press
– Other cooking essentials

At the center of the property is a lush, shaded patio surrounded by natural stone walls, ambient lighting, and a tranquil water feature. It includes three outdoor sofas under a large tropical tree.

One of the bedrooms features high ceilings and two ceiling fans.

Other things to note

– Casa Dzalbay features custom decor and high-end furnishings. A $1,000 USD security deposit is required at check-in (refundable at checkout). Payment can be made by card or in cash.
– Daily housekeeping is included from 9 AM to 3 PM (approx. 2 hours). Service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen, and removing trash.
– The house is for private use only. Commercial activities are not permitted without prior approval. Private photo shoots (e.g., weddings) are allowed. Commercial shoots may be permitted for an additional fee—contact us for details.
– All guests must be included in the reservation and present valid ID. Security monitors access 24/7. Visitors not listed in the reservation are not permitted.
– Outside vendors such as private chefs, makeup artists, and massage therapists are not allowed unless booked through our registered providers.
– Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
– Parties are not allowed. With special arrangements, events such as weddings may be permitted. The entire complex (5 homes, up to 30 guests) is available for full buyouts. Contact us for rates and event guidelines.
– We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.  Insurance can protect you in case of illness, emergencies, weather, or travel changes.
