Casa Chapu is a gorgeous, two-level apartment located on the edge of Condesa just minutes from the incredible Bosque de Chapultepec, the largest park in Latin America (and larger than Central Park in New York City). The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home features designer furniture from Hermann Miller, hardwood floors, local art, and 24x7 security. The living room features a large table for group meals or co-working and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to the tree-lined Condesa neighborhood. A spiral wooden staircase in the corner of the living room leads upstairs to multiple bedrooms.

The building itself is only 10 years old and built with with anti-seismic technology - and boasts incredible amenities, including a two-story gym and three-lane pool.

• To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request no parties and limit the number of individuals entering the premises to a maximum of 8 at any given time.
• Upon arrival, guests receive 6 sets of keys; five grant access through the main entrance, while one set provides access to all rooms. It's important to leave this master key inside the apartment and use it only if a room accidentally locks.
• For safety measures mandated by the building management, all guests are required to submit a photo of their identification before arrival to facilitate entry.
• We appreciate your cooperation in refraining from using perfumes within the apartment.
• To ensure safety, there should be no open fires, such as candles or cigarettes, within the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
• Regular cleaning services are provided once a week. Should additional cleaning be required, please request it at an extra cost.
• For the maintenance and care of laundry facilities, the washer and dryer are designated solely for use by the cleaning staff. You can provide your clothes to the cleaning personnel for laundry services.
• To assist our building's security team, kindly store leftover food in the refrigerator or pantry instead of disposing of it in the trash after meals.
• Please respect locked doors on drawers and closets, as they contain personal items.
• We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted within the premises.
