Built by legendary architect Diego Villaseñor, Casa Ayehualco is a haven of of tranquility surrounded by lush gardens in the magical town of Amatlán minutes from Tepoztlán.

The Space

The property is fully equipped with a kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, sound system, and a pool with solar and gas heating. It also retains elements of the original property, including a traditional kitchen, a stable, and parts of the gardens.

• Indoor Spaces: An ample living room with a TV and surround system that connects to a terrace facing the hills and an interior zen patio.

• A team of four (driver, cook, cleaner, and manager) is available to assist with your needs.
• Meals and grocery shopping can be prearranged, as well as transportation to Tepoztlán.
• Night watch services are provided from 8 PM.

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Owners must bring bedding and supplies. A cleaning fee, safety deposit, and additional rules may apply.

• The house is fumigated regularly to manage bugs, which are a natural part of the environment. Advice and antihistamines are provided as needed.
• Large groups, including children, have stayed without issues when following safety guidelines.
• Pets: Acceptance is conditional. An additional fee and safety deposit are required.
• Events/Commercial Use: Bookings do not include permits for events or commercial shoots, which must be reported and approved. Additional fees may apply. External staff must be pre-approved for safety reasons.
