casitahomes.com (“Casita”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. All content uploaded or shared by users, including photos, videos, and descriptions of properties, must comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
If you believe that material appearing on casitahomes.com infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice by email. If you believe that content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for the District of Delaware.
Casita reserves the right to remove any content alleged to infringe without prior notice and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Casita is not responsible for content uploaded by users and acts solely as a service provider under 17 U.S.C. §512 of the DMCA.
