Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Our team and hosts are instructed to follow this policy and rules and you should not expect exceptions to be made.
- If you cancel more than 90 days before your reservation check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 90-days of your arrival. In recognition of current disruptions in travel, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance (inclusive of COVID-19 coverage where applicable) to protect your purchase prior to confirmation and acceptance of these terms.
- The property does NOT provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances.
- The Property reserves the right to cancel a stay at any time prior to the scheduled check in time on the day of arrival for any reason. If the Property cancels a stay, a refund will be issued for prepayments.
The circumstances above do not apply in the case of Holiday Bookings, which are 100% non-refundable and non-cancelable. Holiday Bookings are defined as any reservations that include the Thursday to Sunday of the United States Thanksgiving, any reservations that include Semana Santa, and any reservations made between December 15th and January 10th.
If any date of the booking falls on these stated Holidays, the full booking is 100% non-refundable and non cancelable, with no consideration of the cancellation request date.
